ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card use for payment. Sales items are not eligible for return.
RETURNS OVER 30 DAYS
Returns received over 30 days after the shipment date will not be processed.

3 STEP RETURN
We cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought online at TeeezCosmetics.com. To return items to TeeezCosmetics.com, please follow these simple steps:
Complete the "Return form" enclosed in your original order and place it inside the return package. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (if possible in the original package).
Affix the Return Label provided to the outside of your return package. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be mailed to:

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited.
Please note only products purchased at TeeezCosmetics.com may be returned for a refund. All items purchased through our retail partners should be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
